Probably not. Most new players find that they have to show some initiative
in their first year. If you want to play often, challenge other players
persistently. You will have the opportunity to play more often as you get
to know other players in the network.
The TOP 10 players on any ladder are the most active and the most likely to
say yes to challenges. So that's a good place to start if you are looking to
play right away.
