Fun, Fitness and Racquet Sport Conditioning
Meet people and get fit for racquet sports. Raise your fitness level, increase
your strength and reduce your risk of injury on the court.
This course was developed by the Southland Leisure Centre at the request of Racquet Network. Participants learn fitness and strength training exercises that will improve their on-court performance and protect them from accidental injury while on the court.
Racquet Network strongly recommends this program for adult racquet sport players. Participation will improve your fitness, strength and stamina and help to prevent injuries.
