How to Use Pro Shop Credits to Pay for Stringing Services

August 8, 2012 in Announcements

Racquet Network members who get their racquets restrung at our Calgary store have the option of using Pro Shop Credits to pay for the labour.

Here is how to do it.

Step 1 – Accumulate enough Pro Shop Credits to pay for the labour and taxes
Step 2 – Bring your racquet into our Calgary store for re-stringing
Step 3 – Store staff will show you what to do next

The key to all of this is Step 1. You must accumulate enough credits to pay for the labour PLUS the taxes. For example, if you are getting a basic restringing with one week turnaround the labour will cost $19.95 and the taxes will cost another $1.00. So you will need a total of at least $20.95 in your Pro Shop Credits account before you will be able to use credits to pay for the labour on your stringing job.

Curious about what our staff will have you do once you are here? Here are the steps that they will walk you through.

Step 4 – Login to your account
Step 5 – Go to the Pro Shop and find Calgary Racquet Stringing Services
Step 6 – Choose your service from the dropdown menu and click ADD TO CART
Step 7 – Click on CHECKOUT
Step 8 – Click on CHECKOUT NOW
Step 9 – Enter your info
Step 10 – Choose CUBE POINTS as your method of payment.
Step 11 – Click on CONTINUE CHECKOUT
Step 12 – Click on CONFIRM PAYMENT

Pro Shop Credits can be used to pay for ANYTHING in our online store. The only condition is that you must pay the full amount, including shipping and taxes, for whatever you are ordering.

In this case, members can pay for labour on racquet re-stringing because these services are included in our online store.

Can I use credits to pay for the string, too?

The short answer is yes. However, you probably won’t want to do that because our system will automatically charge you for shipping based on the address you provide.

Join the only network that pays you to play racquet sports.
