Participation Policy

The core service provided by Racquet Network is access to a network of active racquet sports players. Inactive players are regularly purged from our database.

All members are required to login to the Racquet Network website at least once each year. Members who have been inactive for more than one year are deleted from the system.

Earn Your Time Stamp

A current Time Stamp is placed in your account whenever you do any of the following:

1. Log in to the main site
2. Update your player profile
3. Search for other players
4. Participate in a reported ladder game
5. Participate in a reported box league match
6. Join or leave a club
7. Purchase credits

As long as you login once every 365 days, you will not be required to pay Network Activation Fees ever again.

Inactive Members are Deleted

Once each day our software searches the system for players with Time Stamps that are more than one year old. When it finds them, it considers these accounts inactive and deletes them. Inactive players whose accounts have been deleted must re-apply for membership if they wish to rejoin our network.

Why Do We Do This?

The core service provided by Racquet Network is access to a network of active racquet sports players.

Inactive players are a drag on our system resources. Sorting through a list of inactive players in order to find active players is deeply frustrating for our busy members.

Therefore deleting inactive members from our database is one of the most important services we offer to our members.
