Thera-Band® FlexBar® is used for wrist, forearm, and hand rehabilitation, upper extremity stabilization. Also used for neuromuscular re-education, massage therapy, martial arts, and sports grip strengthening.
SPECIFICATIONS
Highly recommended by many physiotherapists. 12″ long and is made from dry natural rubber in 4 progressive resistance levels to match user capability.
YELLOW: 1 3/8″ – Takes 6 lb. of force to bend to a u-shape
RED: 1 1/2″ – Takes 10 lb. of force to bend to a u-shape
GREEN: 1 3/4″ – Takes 15 lb. of force to bend to a u-shape
BLUE: 2″ – Takes 25 lb. of force to bend to a u-shape
