The Babolat Drive G 115 is available in a single weight: 240g/8.5oz. It is 27.5 inches long, which is 0.5 inches longer than a standard tennis racquet. It is being manufactured in grip sizes 0 through 4.
Materials and Balance Point
The frame of the Drive G 115 consists of a high quality graphite. Unstrung, the balance point on this frame is 355mm, which means that is 5 points head light. Of course, the balance of this frame is changed with the addition of string, grip, overgrip and vibration dampeners.
Stringing Advice
The recommended tension for this racquet is 50-59 lbs. This recommendation applies to synthetic gut and multifilament strings, not to polyester. Given the weight of this racquet (above) we strongly advise customers to stick with natural or organic multifilament for maximum overall comfort and performance.
