Babolat ™ Drive G Tennis Racquet
Our Description
Babolat’s Drive G series tennis racquets are every bit as good as the racquets in their premium series, but there is one major difference. Since there are no sponsored professionals playing with racquets in the Drive G series, there are no royalty costs attached to the Drive G racquets. This means that the average cost of racquets in the Drive G series is 25% lower than Babolat’s other series. So if your goal is to buy a great racquet without paying out sponsorship premiums for player endorsements, this is the racquet series for you.

Materials and Balance Point
The frame of the Drive G consists of a high quality graphite. Unstrung, the balance point on this frame is 320mm, which means that it is 7 points head light. Of course, the balance of this frame is changed with the addition of string, grip, overgrip and vibration dampeners.
Stringing Advice
The recommended tension for this racquet is 50-59 lbs. This recommendation applies to synthetic gut and multifilament strings, not to polyester. Given the weight of this racquet (above) we strongly advise customers to stick with natural or organic multifilament for maximum overall comfort and performance.
