Thera-Band exercise bands are essential tools for racquet sports athletes. Regular use can help strengthen and prevent injuries to shoulders, arms and legs. Thera-Band bands are made of latex which attracts and holds dust and dirt over time. As a result, many customers treat them as semi-disposable. In other words, they use a piece for awhile. When it gets dirty, they throw it away and cut another piece.
Thera-Band® latex Exercise Bands are available in 8 color-coded levels of resistance.

Resistance levels are determined by thickness of the Thera-band, increasing in difficulty from tan (Extra Thin) to gold (Max)
RED – Suitable for smaller adults/seniors

BLUE – Suitable for stronger men
